Depart Port Elizabeth and transfer by air-conditioned microbus to the malaria-free Shamwari Private Game Reserve. Enjoy lunch, followed by an afternoon game drive. This reserve boasts five ecosystems, supporting the many forms of plant, animal and bird life. Game viewing is enjoyed in open vehicles with a trained ranger (Silver tours are in the Bushman Sands Reserve). As the light fades, with the help of a powerful hand-held spotlight, your ranger will search for nocturnal animals. Dinner under the African skies (weather permitting).
