Scheduled Tours:
Tours depart on a specific date/time and from a specific city. The itinerary is pre-planned and followed by all guests on the tour unless specified otherwise.
Private Tours:
All tours can be requested as a private tour exclusively for the party making the reservation. This private group will have exclusive use of the vehicle and services of the tour guide. Private tour departures are according to the requirements of the group. Should you require a private tour, please ask your Travel Advisor for a quote.
Tour Guide:
All tours are fully Escorted/Guided by a tour guide.
Group Size:
The maximum size of groups on the overnight tours are 16. On day tours the group size is occasionally higher with maximum of 40 guests.

Vehicles on the the scheduled tours vary according to the size of the group. Most often vehicles are 8/14/18 seater mini busses.

Where only 2 guests are booked on a tour the operator may use a sedan vehicle.
Accommodation:
This vary according to the tour classification.
Participating Camp - Guests are expected to put up their own tents
Tented - Pre-erected tents with comunal ablutions
Essential - Small rooms with comunal ablutions
Explorer - Variation of accommodation between tents, rooms and silver accommodation selected for unique locations
Silver - Hotels, Guest Houses, Game Lodges. Ensuite accommodations, vary between 3,4 star rated properties
Gold - Hotels, Game Lodges. Ensuite accommodations, 5 Star rated
Platinum - Boutique Hotels, Exclusive Game Lodges. Above 5 star
